Each agent gets their own login. It's how you keep your team productive and your numbers safe.
Why one login per agent matters
useasan's per-seat safety limits — 2 calls at once and 250 calls/hour — are counted per login. Give each agent their own seat and each gets their own full budget. Share one login across a team and they all share a single 2-call budget, so most of your agents sit blocked behind the "give each agent their own login" message.
One login per agent isn't an upsell — it's what lets ten agents dial in parallel instead of bottlenecking on one shared seat. See Concurrency & rate limits.
Adding & managing seats
- Add a seat for each agent from your account settings — billing is $50/seat/month.
- Each seat is its own login with its own concurrency and hourly budget.
- Remove a seat when an agent leaves to stop billing for it.

Can my whole team use one login to save money?+
You can, but you shouldn't — they'd share a single 2-call limit and most agents would be blocked. One seat per agent is what makes parallel dialing work.
