Getting started

From sign-up to your first call in five steps. Most teams are dialing the same day.

Set up your account

  1. Sign up & subscribe at useasan.com — $50/seat/month, 2,000 minutes included per seat.
  2. Add a seat for each agent. Every agent gets their own login — it's required for the per-seat limits to work (see Seats & logins).
  3. Buy your caller-ID numbers. Add enough numbers for your volume so rotation can spread the load (see Buying numbers).
  4. Upload or add your leads and build a calling campaign.
  5. Start dialing. The power dialer walks each agent through the list one call at a time.

What to expect your first week

Your account starts in warm-up: day 1 is capped at 25 calls and rises automatically to 1,000/day by day 11. This isn't a limit on your plan — it's what earns your numbers a clean reputation so they keep connecting for months instead of burning out in days.

Everything that protects your numbers runs automatically in the background. You don't configure it — you just dial, and useasan keeps you inside safe limits. Read the Protecting your numbers section to understand what's happening under the hood.

How soon can I start calling?+
As soon as you've added a seat and at least one caller-ID number. You'll begin in warm-up (25 calls day one).
Do I need to set up the safety controls myself?+
No. Warm-up, calling hours, rotation, and the per-seat limits are all on by default for your account.
