How minutes work
- Each seat includes 2,000 talk minutes per month.
- Only connected call time counts — calls that are held, skipped, or blocked by the safety controls don't use minutes.
- Add or remove seats anytime; billing follows your active seat count.
Minutes are per seat but pooled across your account, so a heavy agent and a light agent balance out.

Contact support about your overage options — usage beyond the bundle is billed per minute.
Do held or blocked calls use minutes?+
No. Only connected talk time counts. A call held by calling-hours or stopped by a limit costs nothing.
